Our basic values, the engineering profession and traditional Danish building techniques, form the basis of Pihl’s corporate culture that has been developed ever since its foundation. The ability to solve complex tasks, the will to ensure that projects are carried out on time, and the commitment to combine the responsibility for the tasks with the overall objectives of the company are fundamental for Pihl.

The joy of creating implies professional curiosity and competence but also the ability and desire to co-operate crossing professional boundaries as well as the desire to lead and assume responsibilities. Pihl is proud of its profession, and we show respect for that of others. The Joy of Creating is the identity of our company.

Adaptability
Pihl is a Danish contracting company working on an international market with keen competition. Our overseas projects challenge the adaptability of our employees; and whether we are working on the construction of a museum in Liverpool or on a water supply project in Sri Lanka we make an effort to pass on our knowledge and also to improve our own skills.

Pihl was established in 1887. Despite the enormous experience we have acquired over the years, we are still developing all aspects of our business and fomulating new visions. Pihl has high ambitions. We wish to communicate that signal; not only via the daily work but also via the conditions we offer our employees.
